These Chao are all obtained in the same way, by breeding a Jewel Chao with a Shiny Chao (or Chao which has a shiny gene,) and they are especially notable for having unusual appearances, completely unlike what one would expect based on the parents. A shiny-jewel Chao with one parent being a shiny yellow Chao on the Gamecube version of SA2B.
